Pursuant to these regulations:
“PROMOTOR” – The Market OpCo S.r.l., Strada Degli Angariari, 46 – 47891 Falciano – Republic of
San Marino – Comp. Reg. No. 7618 dated 16/11/2016 – COE SM 26956, hereinafter called San
Marino Outlet Experience
“CONTESTANTS” – all natural persons aged over eighteen (18) years, excluding employees and
contract staff of the Promoter, including family members, that:
• are signed up for the San Marino Outlet Experience newsletter in the period of validity of the
competition;
• are registered for the competition;
• accept these regulations in their entirety.
“FORM” – the specific form to be filled in that is necessary for taking part in the competition.
The Promoter intends to offer the opportunity, free of charge, for the Contestants of the
competition to win the prizes at stake.
Art.1) DURATION
From Saturday 01 June 2024 at 10 a.m. to Sunday 30 June at midnight.
Art.2) PARTICIPANTS
This venture is for all the Contestants of the competition.
Art.3) PUBLICITY AND CIRCULATION OF THE REGULATIONS
The competition is to be publicised through online/offline messages, as well as on the Promoter’s
web page www.sanmarinooutlet/concorsi.
Art.4) METHODS OF PARTICIPATION
• Online: Those who are signed up to the newsletter will be informed about the competition by e-
mail. The e-mail will contain an invitation to take part in the competition and a link to a form to
register for the competition, containing the following mandatory fields:
o First name
o Last name
o E-mail
and optionally:
o Phone number
• Postcard: during the period of validity, visitors to the centre will be given a postcard allowing
them to sign up for the newsletter and for the competition at the same time. The postcard must
have all its mandatory fields filled in, be signed and handed over to reception and/or delivered
to one of the shops at San Marino Outlet Experience.
At the end of registration for the competition, subject to acceptance of these regulations and
acknowledgement of the related Privacy Policy, the Contestants that registered online will
receive (by e-mail) an identification code entitling them to take part in the draw for the prizes at
stake indicated in art.5.
Contestants who have filled in the postcard, granted consent to receiving the newsletter, accepted
these regulations and kept the identification code will directly be entitled to take part in the draw
for the prizes at stake indicated in art.5.
The Privacy Policy and these Regulations will be available at the Reception of San Marino Outlet
Experience and on the website at the following link: https://www.sanmarinooutlet.com/privacy-
policy/
Each Contestant is allowed to register once only with the same e-mail.
Art.5) VALUE OF PRIZES
The prizes at stake, awarded to a total of 3 winners, consist of:
• 1st PRIZE: nr. 1 electric bike with a value of € 2,100 + 1 experience in the area on an eBike for
two persons with a value of € 90,00 provided by Visit San Marino
• 2nd PRIZE: value of €300 in shopping vouchers at the shops and restaurants at San
Marino Outlet Experience + 1 Classic Food Tour for two persons with a value of € 130 provided by
Visit San Marino
• 3rd PRIZE: value of €100 in shopping vouchers at the shops and restaurants at San Marino
Outlet Experience + 1 Slow Approach Trek for two persons of € 90 provided by Visit San Marino
Art.6) PRIZE MONEY
The total value of the prize money provided amounts to € 2700.00 (two thousand seven
hundred/00).
Art.7) PRIZE DRAW
There is to be a single draw, on Monday 01 July 2024 at 6 pm.
The same number of winning code numbers will be drawn as there are prizes provided by the
Promoter. The draw will be made at the premises of San Marino Outlet Experience, Strada degli
Angariari, 41, 47891 Falciano, Republic of San Marino.
The winners will be automatically and randomly identified by specific software that will select the
identification code numbers paired with the e-mails in the phase of registration.
The identification code numbers of the winning Contestants will be communicated after the draw on
the Promoter’s web page www.sanmarinooutlet/concorsi , within the limits set by the confidentiality
of personal data.
Art.8) METHODS OF COLLECTING PRIZES
Within five (5) days of the draw, the winners will receive the win message by e-mail at the address
given in the phase of registration.
The winners will be asked to confirm acceptance of the prize at the address
concorsi@themarket.sm attaching a photocopy of a valid identity document, within fourteen (14)
days of the win message.
The right to collect the Prize will be cancelled if there is no acceptance confirmation.
The Promoter shall not be held liable in the event of the win message and/or the prize not getting
delivered due to the winners giving incorrect or untruthful addresses and/or personal data.
Unintelligible, incomplete and/or clearly untruthful data in the registration will be considered
not valid for the purposes of awarding the prizes.
Should the winner fail to collect the prize, this unawarded prize will remain the property of the
Promoter.
The winner shall not have the right to convert the value of the prize into money, nor other forms of
compensation.
Art.9) USE OF THE PRIZES
The prizes in shopping vouchers must be used by the winners within Wednesday 31 August 2024,
likewise the local area experiences.
The winners must state the day on which to use the prize by sending an e-mail to
concorsi@themarket.sm, with a notice of at least seventy-two (72) hours before the chosen day.
At the agreed time and date, the winners shall go to the Info Point of San Marino Outlet
Experience, where the validity of their identity document will be checked along with the data
entered at the time of registration.
At the end of the above-mentioned checks, if they are passed, the winning Contestants shall be
given shopping vouchers for an amount equal to the win. The shopping vouchers can be spent in all
the shops and restaurants of San Marino Outlet Experience.
Payment in vouchers does not envisage giving any change. Any amount not spent on the chosen day
will not be
able to be used afterwards.
Art.10) DECLARATIONS
The Promoter shall not be held liable for any problems of access, impediment, malfunctioning or
difficulty concerning the technical instruments, phone line, cables, electronics, software and
hardware, transmission and connection, Internet connection, including (but not limited to)
malfunctioning of the servers used and/or delays in data transmission and connection that may
prevent a Contestant from taking part.
Contestants who, in the unquestionable opinion of the Promoter or of third parties appointed by
the Promoter to run the Competition, turn out to be winners with equipment and instruments
capable of circumventing the randomness, or anyway judged to be suspect, fraudulent or in
violation of the normal performance of the venture, may not enjoy the Prize won.
Art.11) GENERAL CLAUSES AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE REGULATIONS
Taking part in the Competition entails total and unconditional acceptance of all the clauses
contained in these Regulations.
Art.12) PRIVACY NOTICE
The processing of personal data within the framework of this Competition is done in compliance
with national laws (Law 171/2018) and European regulations on the protection of personal data
(Reg. EU 2016/679). The Data Controller is The Market OpCo S.r.l. that data subjects can contact
for exercising their rights, by writing to privacy@themarket.sm or by contacting the Data Protection
Officer (DPO) PRIVACY365 S.r.l. dpo@privacy365.sm or alternatively, if the data subject is a
European citizen, by writing to the representative of the European Union of the data controller

Art. 13) COURT WITH JURISDICTION
It is acknowledged that all disputes come under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sole Court of the
Republic of
San Marino, with the application of the rules of law in effect there.
