For the purposes of these rules:
“PROMOTER” shall mean The Market OpCo S.r.l., Strada Degli Angariari, 46 – 47891 Falciano – Repubblica of San Marino –register no. 7618 del 16/11/2016, Tax reg no. SM 26956, hereinafter called the San Marino Outlet Experience
“ENTRANTS” shall mean all natural persons over the age of 18 (eighteen) years, excluding the Promoter’s employees and staff, and their families, who:
- Subscribe or are already subscribed to the San Marino Outlet Experience newsletter during the contest validity period
- enter the contest
- accept these rules in their entirety
“FORM” shall mean the entry form to be completed to participate in the contest.
The Promoter offers the contest Entrants a chance to win prizes at no charge.
Art.1) CONTEST PERIOD
From 2:00 PM Friday 31th of December to 12:00 PM (midday) 1st of March 2022
Art.2) PARTICIPANTS
The initiative is intended for all contest Entrants.
Art.3) ADVERTISEMENT AND DISSEMINATION OF THE RULES
The contest will be advertised online and offline, as well as on the Promoter’s website at https://www.sanmarinooutlet.com/contests
Art.4) HOW TO ENTER
During the validity period, all newsletter subscribers will be informed of the contest via e-mail.
The e-mail will contain an invitation to enter the contest and a link from which to access an entry form containing the following required fields:
- First name
- Last name
- Date of birth
- Country
- City
- Postcode
and optional fields:
- Phone no.
Upon completing the contest entry form, and subject to acceptance of these rules and of the Privacy Policy, the Entrants will receive an identification code via e-mail entitling them to participate in the prize draw referred to in art.5.
Each Entrant may enter the contest only once.
If the acquisition of newsletter consent is made in paper entry form, the invitation at the contest will be made by e-mail within 8 working days and in any case by the deadline of the contest.
Art.5) PRIZE VALUE
The prizes to be won and awarded to a total of no. 2 winners are:
- 1st e 2nd PRIZE: €1.000 in shopping vouchers to the shops and restaurants at the San Marino Outlet Experience;
Art.6) TOTAL PRIZE VALUE
The total value of the prizes is € 2.000.
Art.7) DRAW
A single draw is planned to be held on Thursday 3rd of March 2022 at 11:30 AM.
During the draw, the Promoter will draw one winning code for each prize to be won. The draw will be held at the San Marino Outlet Experience, Strada degli Angariari 41, 47891 Falciano, Republic of San Marino, in the presence of the Notary Albertini.
The winners will be drawn automatically and randomly by computer software that will select the identification codes linked to the e-mail addresses during registration.
Following the prize draw, the identification codes of the winning Entrants will be posted on the Promoter’s web page https://www.sanmarinooutlet.com/contests, in accordance with personal data confidentiality requirements.
Art.8) CLAIMING THE PRIZES
Within 5 (five) days of the draw, the winning Entrants will be informed of the prize won via an e-mail sent to the e-mail address provided at registration.
The winning Entrants will be asked to confirm acceptance of the prize via email at concorsi@themarket.sm attaching a copy of a valid identification document, within 14 (fourteen) days of notification of their win.
Winners failing to confirm acceptance will lose their right to claim the Prize.
The Promoter cannot be held liable for any failure to serve notice of win and/or to deliver the prize due to incorrect or inaccurate e-mail addresses and/or personal data sent by the winners.
Incomprehensible, incomplete and/or manifestly incorrect data in the registration form will be considered invalid for the prize award.
Any prizes not claimed by the winners remain the property of the Promoter.
The value of the prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation
Art.9) USING THE PRIZES
The prize must be used by the winner by Friday 29th of April 2022.
The winner must indicate the day on which the prize will be used by e-mail to concorsi@themarket.sm at least 72 (seventy-two) hours before the chosen day.
On the agreed day and time, the winner must go to the Welcome Lounge at the San Marino Outlet Experience, where the validity of their ID and the data entered during the registration will be verified.
If, following the above verifications, the ID and data are found to be valid, the winner will be given shopping vouchers with a total value of €1,000 as follows:
- Ten €50 vouchers
- Fifteen €20 vouchers
- Fifteen €10 vouchers
- Ten €5 vouchers
The shopping vouchers may be used at all San Marino Outlet Experience stores.
No change will be given for payments using vouchers. Any amount not spent on the chosen day cannot be used at a later date.
Art.10) LEGAL STATEMENTS
The Promoter cannot be held liable for any access problems, impediment, malfunction or difficulty with regards to technical tools, telephone lines, cables, electronics, software or hardware, transmission or connection or Internet connection, including (but not limited to) malfunctions of the servers used and/or connection and data transmission delays that might prevent an Entrant from participating.
Entrants who, according to the final decision of the Promoter or of any third parties entrusted by it to manage the Contest, win the contest using means and instruments capable of circumventing the random nature of the draw, or in a manner considered suspicious, fraudulent or in violation of the normal performance of the initiative, will not be awarded the Prize won.
Art.11) GENERAL CLAUSES AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES
Participation in the Contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of all the clauses contained in these Rules
Art.12) PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY
Personal data processed in the context of this Contest are carried out with due regard for National (Law n. 171/2018) and European legislations on personal data protection (Reg. EU n. 2016/679).

Art. 13) JURISDITION
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Single Court of the Republic of San Marino and to the application of the laws in force.
